B2B SaaS Product Marketing Consultant for Series A–B Companies

Alberta Bosco, B2B SaaS product marketing consultant helping European startups align product, marketing and sales

I’m Alberta — a product marketing strategist who helps SaaS startups align their story and go to market with confidence.

Over 18+ years in B2B SaaS, I’ve led product marketing across complex, fast-scaling companies — launching new products, repositioning legacy ones, building pricing from scratch, and supporting teams through the messy reality of growth.

And I’ve seen the same pattern again and again: when product, marketing and sales tell different stories, growth slows.

That’s why I don’t just bring frameworks. I work closely with your team to create positioning they believe in, messaging they actually use, and a go-to-market motion that sticks.

Why I do this

Why Ocean Wave Growth

How I work

A few years ago, I took part in Simon Sinek’s “Find Your Why” workshop.

Mine is simple: "To positively inspire others so they can reach their full potential."

That shows up in my work every day — helping founders clarify their vision, supporting teams to think more strategically, and creating product stories that actually click across product, marketing, and sales.

I’ve always been drawn to the ocean — its constant movement and unpredictability. No two waves are the same. Some build gently, others hit hard, but they never stop coming.

That’s how I see growth. It isn’t linear — it comes in waves, often through challenge, and the biggest progress usually follows the hardest moments.

Ocean Wave Growth reflects that belief: turning complexity and misalignment into clarity — and momentum that lasts.

I’m naturally curious — I’ll ask a lot of questions, and probably “why?” more times than you expect. That’s intentional. Clarity usually sits just beyond the obvious.

I’ll challenge assumptions, but I’m equally open to being challenged. I don’t believe in rigid frameworks — I believe in testing, learning, and adapting quickly.

I bring honesty, focus, and hands-on support. I’m calm in complexity, direct when things feel unclear, and fully invested in helping your team align, simplify, and move forward with confidence.

A bit more about me

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me hiking in nature, reading a book about leadership, or cooking my next homegrown vegetable dish (full disclosure: I’m not a vegetarian). I’m a curious mind, a lifelong learner, and a firm believer that growth (personal or business) should never be boring.
