I help European B2B SaaS teams align around one clear narrative customers understand — and teams believe in. I work with B2B SaaS companies in their scale phase (typically late Series A to Series B) across the UK and Europe. Why I do this
I believe that the biggest hurdle for scaling SaaS companies isn't the technology, but the friction caused by a fragmented story. When Product, Marketing, and Sales tell different stories, growth slows and momentum stalls. I am obsessed with finding the thread that connects these teams to their market reality.
Why this exist
Ocean Wave Growth was born out of a realization that momentum is the most precious resource in a startup. Just like an ocean wave, once you have momentum, you need to channel it correctly to reach the shore. I saw too many founders losing that momentum to internal narrative misalignment and decided to build a framework to fix it.
